Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your Bonnem order as a result of our error, we will refund your purchase in total, including shipping. We know that it can be difficult to order things online when you can’t touch them, so if you’d like to get a better sense of how your Bonnem invitation, announcement or greeting will feel, please ask us to send you a sample pack.
To request a refund:
- send an email to returns@bonnem.com
- reference your order number in the subject line
- describe the problem with your order in the body of the email
We will reply to your request within 24-48 hours.
